WEIGHT LIFTING WITH DUMBLERS
Lifting weights with barbells is one of the most rewarding and efficient ways to train. A session with barbells and weight plates targets specific muscles and utilizes stabilizers, making your workouts highly effective. Incorporating long barbell weightlifting sessions into your workout can be exceptionally beneficial for compound movements like squats and deadlifts, increasing the intensity of your workout while working on barbell stability.
WOODEN DESIGN
The NOHRD weight plates have a natural wood finish in the center, crafted with real wood veneer. In collaboration with the Norwegian company Gungnir, NOHRD introduces its patented SlideLock™ system to fitness equipment. HEAVIER WEIGHTS
Use heavier weight plates for barbell training with the expansion kit – sold separately. The expansion kit mounts to the back of the WeightPlate Tower and holds up to four 10 kg weight plates.
