Warranty
All NOHRD products are subject to a1-year warrantyon manufacturing and assembly defects, from the date the product in question left the WATERROWER |NOHRD Benelux warehouse and can be extended to three (3) years on parts and five (5) years on the wood by registering the product within one year of purchase. All replacement parts supplied by /SMART Gym Store/ WATERROWER |NOHRD Benelux, or a designated service point, are warranted for ninety (90) days.
The limited warranty applies to the original purchaser of the product (or replacement part) and is not transferable to another person.

This Limited Warranty shall not apply and/or shall lapse if/when;
🗸 Incorrect installation of the product;
🗸 The product is not or is not being used for what it was designed for;
🗸 The tank (WaterRower) of the product is overfilled as explained in the product Assembly Manual;
🗸 A product other than that recommended or supplied by the manufacturer is used for the maintenance of the water in the tank;
🗸 Use of unsuitable means as described in the preventive maintenance explanation in the product User Manual;
🗸 Storage and/or use of the product in inclement weather, including but not limited to extreme temperatures and humidity;
🗸 accident, abuse, improper use, misapplication or as a result of modifications other than those permitted by the manufacturer;
🗸 Incorrect preventive maintenance as described in the product User Manual.

Restriction on other damages;
SMART Gym Store/ WATERROWER |NOHRD Benelux is not liable for any direct, consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages under this limited warranty or any implied warranty that may arise under the laws of your country. Some countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Any dispute arising from the provisions of this Limited Warranty shall be governed exclusively by Dutch law, even if an obligation is performed in whole or in part abroad or if the party involved in the legal relationship resides there. The applicability of the Vienna Sales Convention is excluded.
