Returns at SMART Gym Store
Right of return
At SMART Gym Store, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. This statutory right of withdrawal allows you to view and evaluate a product at your leisure, just as you would in a physical store.
After registering your return, you have another 14 days to actually return the product.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will receive a full refund for the order amount, including the original shipping costs. You will only be responsible for the costs of returning the item from your address to our online store. For current rates, we recommend consulting your carrier's website.
Return Policy
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging, including all accessories supplied.
You may unpack and inspect the product as you would in a store. However, if the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to test the product, we may charge a depreciation fee.
We therefore advise that:

✓ keep all accessories complete
✓ Pack the product well and securely when returning it

Please include your name, order number, and the items you wish to return. After registering, you will receive further instructions for returning the item.
We will refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has already been received by us in good order.
Exchange product
Would you like to exchange a product for a different model or alternative? That's certainly possible. Please contact us at info@smartgymstore.com. .
After receiving your return, we can resend the product you requested. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the original product.
Incorrect delivery address provided
Did you accidentally enter an incorrect delivery address when placing your order? Please contact us as soon as possible at info@smartgymstore.com or by phone.
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we'll try to change the address for you free of charge. If your package has already been shipped, we'll work with you to find the best solution.

Using a return form is not mandatory, but it will help us process your return faster.
