Warranty
All NOHRD products are subject to a1-year warrantyon manufacturing and assembly defects, from the date the product in question left the WATERROWER |NOHRD Benelux warehouse and can be extended to three (3) years on parts and five (5) years on the wood by registering the product within one year of purchase. All replacement parts supplied by /SMART Gym Store/ WATERROWER |NOHRD Benelux, or a designated service point, are warranted for ninety (90) days.
The limited warranty applies to the original purchaser of the product (or replacement part) and is not transferable to another person.

This Limited Warranty shall not apply and/or shall lapse if/when;
🗸 Incorrect installation of the product;
🗸 The product is not or is not being used for what it was designed for;
🗸 The tank (WaterRower) of the product is overfilled as explained in the product Assembly Manual;
🗸 A product other than that recommended or supplied by the manufacturer is used for the maintenance of the water in the tank;
🗸 Use of unsuitable means as described in the preventive maintenance explanation in the product User Manual;
🗸 Storage and/or use of the product in inclement weather, including but not limited to extreme temperatures and humidity;
🗸 accident, abuse, improper use, misapplication or as a result of modifications other than those permitted by the manufacturer;
🗸 Incorrect preventive maintenance as described in the product User Manual.

Restriction on other damages;
SMART Gym Store/ WATERROWER |NOHRD Benelux is not liable for any direct, consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages under this limited warranty or any implied warranty that may arise under the laws of your country. Some countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Any dispute arising from the provisions of this Limited Warranty shall be governed exclusively by Dutch law, even if an obligation is performed in whole or in part abroad or if the party involved in the legal relationship resides there. The applicability of the Vienna Sales Convention is excluded.

This unique machine, a combination of a flat bench and a cable system, can be used from a seated or lying position and can be attached to various rungs to intensify your workout as you progress.

WALL BARS TRAINING

NOHRD WallBars are designed for both beginners and seasoned fitness enthusiasts as a tool for a more dynamic, effective workout experience. The fold-out, retractable bar at the top allows you to perform pull-ups and a range of bodyweight exercises, instantly adding another dimension to your workout.

The WallBars folding bar easily extends and locks securely into place to enable pull-ups, chin-ups, and other bodyweight and suspension training exercises.

CHOOSE YOUR BARS

Different bars for different needs: NOHRD WallBars are available with 10 or 14 bars, resulting in a distance of 10 cm or 18 cm between rungs. The 14-bar WallBars offer a wider range of grip heights (also for attaching accessories), allowing you to perform a wider variety of exercises.

BUILT-IN SAFETY

The WallBars are made of solid wood, have an integrated safety cord, and durable wall mounts. They have undergone rigorous testing to ensure safe use in a fully commercial fitness environment.
