Delivery
Most Nuvibody products are available from stock and have a delivery time of 1-2 days. If the product is out of stock, the following guidelines apply:

Warranty
The Nuvibody Core Bed comes with a 4-year warranty. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects under normal use during the 4-year warranty period. During the warranty period, we will replace, free of charge, any products found to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
We will replace parts or complete products free of charge, depending on the situation. For the first 180 days, we are responsible for all shipping costs related to your request. After the first 180 days, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of the product and any associated insurance during transport to us. Please keep the tracking information as proof of delivery.
The warranty does not cover any problems caused by damage due to negligence, improper maintenance, or modification; the warranty does not cover theft or loss of the product.
